The Processes to Achieve Stem Channel Sizes

Strut channel sizes are the measurements in inches or sometimes millimeters that a strut towers to allow it to properly support the larger diameter main strut bearing. The common sizes are found in both metric and standard sets. The most common standard set of sizes is usually determined by the manufacturer, but a consumer can always request a custom size from a manufacturer. The reason for this is so that the consumer can have a strut that is more precise to his driving style and height and to have a strut bearing with a larger diameter.

There are four main materials used to determine strut channel sizes. These are steel, aluminum, iron, and brass. All of these are different in the way they construct the channel. The steel or aluminum is the lightest of these and are usually found in the street vehicles. Iron and brass are more heavy duty and used on high performance vehicles such as race cars.

The main difference between the steel and aluminum channels is the way the steel channel nuts are punched. The steel channel nuts are shaped to fit the opening in the strut. This is then made to bolt directly to the strut. The aluminum nuts are shaped in a similar fashion but they do not have the bolt head precision as the steel nuts. They are typically used on light duty axles and struts. The iron channel nuts are the heaviest of the material used to determine strut channel sizes and are found on most vehicles.

The final material used in the construction of the strut channel nut is the metal framing. The metal framing can either be stamped or pressed. The stamped metal framing will have a flat edge around the edge of the nut and will be stamped down on the surface of the strut nuts. The pressed metal framing will have a raised edge around the edge of the nut and will be pressed into the surface of the strut nuts. The pressed nuts will be the heaviest of the materials used.

The final material to be used in the construction of strut channels is the strut roll forming. The strut roll forming is done using metal roll forming equipment. It is a very accurate fabrication process that uses a die that presses the metal into the correct shape. These die shapes are extremely precise and will always be slightly off from the actual dimensions of the actual strut roll.

The three primary components used to manufacture strut roll forming machines are the metal forming machine, the press die, and the stamping die. Each of these three primary pieces play a critical role in the proper manufacturing of the parts that need to be fitted to a particular strut. The accuracy of the finished product that is press rolled and shaped is dependent upon the three components. This machine is designed to press the metal into the correct shape for the application needed.
