Now with a bit of light air strokes add to the cloud depth by taking a pencil or marker and adding more strokes to the top. The less you add the more cloud like it will look.

Next take your second most important piece of hair, usually the one that forms the back part of your head and with a steady motion soften it by drawing a line from the ear to the scalp. The more you add the finer the line will be. Now take a clean and sharp shaper and with light strokes add to the depth of the cloud by taking some pencil or markers. The thinner the line the more the cloud will stand out.

So now that we have created the cloud our next question is how to draw the back of a head with hair. To do this you will need to take a very good instruction manual that will teach you step by step how to draw everything from the ground up. The more you can practice the better you will get at it. It will take some time to get the back of a head right but in the end your head will look very proud of your efforts.
